Hello!

I have problems with bCasino getting my money out! I send them all documents that they ask me, for every time they need something new.

One week ago they fully verify my account and I make my first withdrawal of 1900euro to my bank account, but the withdrawal comes to AstroPay, I don’t know why, maybe because I make a deposit from Astropay, but I don’t understand why they ask to approve my bank account and I send them all proofs, my bank statement many times.

When I wait for the first withdrawal, they say this is a normal process and when they verify my account all go faster, bu, when I make a second withdrawal they start again asking for my documents, and selfie verification ( but this one they approve before) but + now they ask AstroPay statement, but AstroPay don’t have any statements,

I send them screenshots where they can see deposits made on bCasino site. When I ask for help at live chat, most operators only answer like copy/paste, when I ask, why I need again something verify if already got my first withdrawal, they can’t answer and many times only close chat, then I need to wait for next operator and the same story, at bCasino account still I have more then 12000euros and I want this money get out from this site.

I've checked your account and you've sent us all the documents requested. Your withdrawal will be approved very soon.

I would like to apologise for the agents not clearly stating why the request of additional documents was made but sometimes, it's random accounts that are picked for additional verification documents. This is not shown anywhere agents can see this but they can ask their colleagues, managers or the verification team why it's done and this wasn't.

Bcasino i send inn more documents, i send inn already all what you need, but still nothing! Why verify team when get documents from me, then they answer only after one week, then ask again something and again need wait one week! If i made deposit at you site and play, why you do like this, you take to much time, why you don’t want solved fsster this problem? You were requested to send us a copy of a statement from Astropay, so please do as soon as possible, so we can approve the withdrawal.

Now i can’t logg in at my account, because looks like not more available casino for Norway players. They closed my account now, but i have still at casino account more then 3000 euros, and if i can’t logg in, thats mean i can’t make withdrawal. Today i try contact with agent at live chat!
