Delaying my €7,000 withdrawal

I have played at the bCasino this weekend (no bonus etc.) and have now since Saturday a withdrawal of 7000 euros. It was a very painful verification process with telephone etc...
Today ( working day 3) i wanted to know where my money is and I was told it could last up to 3 working days. And now on working day number 3? Nothing happens and I don’t get any replies on my emails.

Thank you for the information.

I can confirm that the withdrawal already got booked on my Skrill-Account.
It would not have been a problem for me, if you tell that you have technical problems and therefore the withdrawals are late.
So I would not have been concerned but now it’s good thank you.

As you were probably aware, over the past few days we have been experiencing a few technical problems with the site which resulted in a delay in processing some withdrawals. I would refer you to our general terms and conditions (https://www.bcasino.com/en/tnc):

We maintain a target of three (3) working days for the processing of withdrawals but may not be held liable should we take longer.

Looking at our records, I believe that your withdrawal was processed on Friday (3rd June) and you should have received an email from our finance team confirming this.

Once again, we do apologise for the slight delay. If you do need any assistance, please don't hesitate to contact our support team through the available channels.

I have trouble with verification and withdrawal

I have problems with bCasino getting my money out! I send them all documents that they ask me, for every time they need something new.

One week ago they fully verify my account and I make my first withdrawal of 1900euro to my bank account, but the withdrawal comes to AstroPay, I don’t know why, maybe because I make a deposit from Astropay, but I don’t understand why they ask to approve my bank account and I send them all proofs, my bank statement many times.

When I wait for the first withdrawal, they say this is a normal process and when they verify my account all go faster, bu, when I make a second withdrawal they start again asking for my documents, and selfie verification ( but this one they approve before) but + now they ask AstroPay statement, but AstroPay don’t have any statements,

I send them screenshots where they can see deposits made on bCasino site. When I ask for help at live chat, most operators only answer like copy/paste, when I ask, why I need again something verify if already got my first withdrawal, they can’t answer and many times only close chat, then I need to wait for next operator and the same story, at bCasino account still I have more then 12000euros and I want this money get out from this site.

Delaying withdrawal

I registered to the casino and received no-deposit bonus. I won more than the max withdraw amount (100€) of that bonus. I made a deposit of 5€ to be able to withdraw that 100€ from that bonus (because deposit is required in order to place a withdrawal), and immediately placed a withdrawal of 105€. I waited for my withdrawal more than a week and they plead to internal problems for not being able to complete the withdrawal (My account had already been verified).

Today they cancelled the withdrawal and changed it to 100€ which is not fair in my opinion because max bonus withdraw is 100€ + My own deposit 5€.

And now after they changed it, I'm afraid that they stall it for another week or more.

Cannot request a withdrawal due to technical error and the casino stopped communicating

I am unable to make a withdrawal request at this casino because of what seems like a technical issue on their end.

I last had correspondence from them on the 1st of October after reporting the issue .

They asked me to clear my cookies cache and history, this didn't help.

I reported that I was getting the same error when I tried to withdraw and have had no response from them- This was also on the 1st of October, I am getting no response from them since.

All correspondence with them is via email. I am unable to reach them on their websites "live chat" platform.
