I have played at the bCasino this weekend (no bonus etc.) and have now since Saturday a withdrawal of 7000 euros. It was a very painful verification process with telephone etc...
Today ( working day 3) i wanted to know where my money is and I was told it could last up to 3 working days. And now on working day number 3? Nothing happens and I don’t get any replies on my emails.

As you were probably aware, over the past few days we have been experiencing a few technical problems with the site which resulted in a delay in processing some withdrawals. I would refer you to our general terms and conditions (https://www.bcasino.com/en/tnc):
We maintain a target of three (3) working days for the processing of withdrawals but may not be held liable should we take longer.
Looking at our records, I believe that your withdrawal was processed on Friday (3rd June) and you should have received an email from our finance team confirming this.
Once again, we do apologise for the slight delay. If you do need any assistance, please don't hesitate to contact our support team through the available channels.

I can confirm that the withdrawal already got booked on my Skrill-Account.
It would not have been a problem for me, if you tell that you have technical problems and therefore the withdrawals are late.
So I would not have been concerned but now it’s good thank you.
