I lost my cell phone on 18 December, and the authenticator in my BC.Game account was in that phone, I want to reset the 2FA Authenticator because I can't log in to my account, I sent an email to bc. support from December 19 but there is no reply, please help me, my UID is 31556232

Please, I need my account ASAP because there is a balance there and I'm working on a BC.Game airdrop.
