96 casino will not pay out

I have tried to withdraw money 8-9 times now and they keep canceling my request. I have talked to support several times and they keep telling me that my case are escalated but nothing really happens. They have not given me any reason to why .I was originally given two options to withdraw (krypto or bank transfer both are tried and cancelled. Now support have removed krypto as an option for some reason and I only have bank transfer. My account is verified by the casino and off course my IBAN is correct.

313 euro. Got a mail today from them asking me to try another bank in Norway. They admit to not being able to pay out to Nordea Bank,(scandinavias biggest bank).
