Hi I requested self-exclusion from the casino on 20/3/24 boy live on what’s app with the host and by email. The request was ignored and now the account is still open and I can still deposit a week later. I have deposited and lost a lot since I clearly requested self-exclusion but the casino and host have not closed the account I seek refund of deposits from the time the vip support agent acknowledged my request for exclusion.

We regret to inform you that despite all the AskGamblers Complaint Team requests, 1Bet Casino management failed to provide reasonable justification for the prolonged SE procedure. We strongly believe that each respectable casino should apply SE requests in up to 24 hours, and if this is not the case, the casino terms and conditions should be aligned with the mentioned standard.

Unfortunately, in this situation, the AskGamblers Complaint Team has no other choice but to close the case as unresolved and advise the player to seek further assistance from the relevant regulatory body or appointed ADR entity. As a direct consequence of such closure, the operator's ranking score on AskGamblers will be decreased accordingly.

I reached out in clear unequivocal terms on 22/3/24 on live chat and by email to dedicated team
The request wasn’t dealt with in any way many thousands of euros subsequently deposited and the mail wasn’t acted on till 2/4/24 and even now there’s only a 30 day block on the account
It is absurd to suggest thus meets any responsible gaming standard

Why didn’t the host on 22/3/24 after being advised about the compulsive addiction disorder advise deposit block at that time and why on earth did an e mail in 22/3/24 not get effected till 2 April 24 and even then although I identify as a compulsive gambling addict

The issue is what happened after22 March
There was a clear request for account closure due to compulsive gambling
This was not acted on and large deposits continued to be freely made for days
I seek a refund of these deposits made the day after the request for closure
Any independent arbitrator or reasonable person involved in the industry could see my point
