I want to file a complaint for Wazamba Casino. I made a withdrawal request on 23 of March, now it's the 7th day and I still have no information about the payment it says only they are processing it.

The company says it takes 1-3 days for the payment to be paid but this is delayed for no reason. The support keeps saying automatic message that they have a lot of requests and they are working on it. I really like the casino but this has made me very worried since is the first time I have played there and never experienced a delay like this before.

I have seen also some undisclosed complaints here about the company and it's making me more worried thinking I will probably never get my winnings.

I kindly ask for your help so we can find a solution or a response from the casino because this is making me very anxious.

Wazamba Casino - Unjustified 46 day delay of a 29750 HUF refund

I am filing this formal complaint against Wazamba Casino due to an extreme and unjustified delay in processing a refund of 29,750 HUF.

Timeline of events:

February 7th, 2026: I provided my correct bank details (IBAN) via email after a previous technical error.

February 25th: I contacted Live Support, where an agent named 'Tamás' promised high-priority handling and a resolution within 48 hours.

March 25th: It has been 46 days since I provided the correct details, and 1 month since the explicit promise of a quick resolution.

I have received no updates, and my emails are being ignored. My bank (OTP Bank) has confirmed that no funds were ever received or held by them. I demand the immediate processing of my refund and a SWIFT/payment confirmation document.

Update: As of today, March 25th, my account has been locked by the casino with a false claim of too many failed login attempts. This is clearly an attempt to prevent me from accessing my account while my refund is still pending.

Wazamba Casino - Blocked funds and account

I deposited €100 at this casino after seeing a promotion stating that if a player deposits €100 and places a bet with odds of 1.5 or higher, a bonus would be granted.
After depositing, I placed my first qualifying bet according to the promotion requirements. The bet lost. Immediately after this first bet was settled, my account was suddenly restricted by the casino.
At that moment, I still had approximately €130 remaining in my account balance (deposit and/or bonus funds). However, the casino blocked my account and prevented me from both withdrawing the remaining funds and continuing to play.
I contacted the casino support several times to request clarification and resolution. Unfortunately, the operator either ignored my communications or refused to provide a clear explanation for the restriction and the blocked balance.
I believe this situation is unfair because:
I followed the promotion requirements by depositing €100 and placing the required bet.
My account was restricted immediately after the first bet.
My remaining balance of €130 has been locked without a clear justification.

I would like to provide an update regarding my withdrawal at Wazamba Casino.

I submitted a €840 withdrawal via bank transfer on Thursday evening at around 9 PM, and today is Friday, meaning over 8 calendar days / 6 business days have passed.

I have contacted support multiple times via email and live chat. I also asked whether I need to submit any documents for verification, and they confirmed that my account is fine for now.

The deposit was never a problem, and funds were credited instantly, but the withdrawal process is taking far too long. Despite this, I keep receiving the same generic responses, with no concrete timeframe or progress update. I have all screenshots of messages and the withdrawal request showing when it was submitted and their replies.

The withdrawal is still marked as “Under Review / Pending with Finance Department”.

I am posting this to document the situation and will update this comment once the withdrawal is completed

Wazamba Casino - Account inaccessible and withrawal missing

I have not been able to access my account since 16/6. Chat operator informs me it is closed for unknown reasons.

Since this I have been through a very long and stressful email correspondence leading nowhere.

23/6 they requested my bank details to do a "manual" processing of my funds. This is not my deposit method, and despite my trying to explain that norwegian banks do not accept transactions from casinos, they would not listen. Which is pretty weird, considering transactions are their job if you work in a payment team.

8/8 I gave them my bank details for a non-norwegian bank.

14/8 I received an email confirmation of the funds transferred to my bank.

Now almost 3 months later I have never received the funds. They refuse to acknowledge this. I sent proof with bank statement which I attached here.

They are also claiming my account is reopened, however I am not able to log into it. Probably had 10 rounds back and forth with the same boring stuff where I show the screenshot of the error message. Attaching this also. They also refuse to acknowledge this fact.

They have never given me insight to my account balance etc, despite my repeatedly requesting it.

I have tried absolutely everything, being as helpful and forward leaning as I can. But I am seeing no result.

My funds must be sent to my bank details or crypto address without further delay.

There was nice colors on the page and games loaded fast, easy to deposit, looks like Wazamba got an OK selection of games, but I did not check too much - and that was about it.

First of all, I had problems navigating with my Android phone. Second, it was difficult to find things. But the biggest issue, for me, is trust. Now, I have no evidence for the following, but I know what I saw. During a bonus game on Bonanza as far as I could see I won around €500, but was only credited 270. Customer service tell me that as far as they could see I got all winnings.
Now, I might be wrong - I might be right - but I do not trust Wazamba after this so I rather play elsewhere.

The 2 stars is for the many providers and their friendly live chat, and that it used to be a cool place to play.
Its not the first a casino who has the same owner is behaving strange to loyal customers, but i have never experienced Wazamba casino acting like this before.
It makes you wonder.

I dislike that when following their promotions, and make deposit for a bonus like so many many times before, and when bonus suddenly wasnt credited automatic i went to livechat for help, there i'm told that their sorry but the bonus is not available, but they offer me some tournament.
Nothing telling about this on the casino website, and no mails have been send out.
This i dislike big time, and i can only encourage other players to stay away from them, their behavior will change for sure.

Waiting 10 days for withdrawal, asked by financial department to split my withdrawals in few parts to increase the time of waiting. .When I asked when is my withdrawal going to be processed I heard that I just win to much and need to wait longer

First impression was super good. Very nice visuals and great graphics. Like that, you can pick a hero/avatar, gives a great fantasy feel into an adventurous universe.

I like to play and go, to contact them on live chat to get hands on the promotion seem a bit much. No demo games or anything without log in, and had a problem creating my account. Realized I had to contact support for almost everything, don't have time for that.

+ Decent game selection, though some are not playable
+ Nice looking website

- No easily available responsible gambling options (account limits, cooldown period, etc.), have to send e-mail manually
- Most bonus offers are not automatically credited to account, have to contact support to get it
- Some slots are laggy. Especially Play'n GO slots are completely unplayable, slots like BOD take 10 secs for each spin. I've tried several times over several weeks, without improvement.
- The deposit bonuses has very strict game limitations. If you're used to the normal range of wagering slots, you need to read the bonus terms very carefully.
- Free spin bonuses are a joke. I've gotten 50 free spins on some obscure slots, and it's on €0.02/0.03 stake. The slots will normally have a min bet of €0.20/0.30 out of free spins, meaning the casino and the provider has gone out of their way to manipulate the slots to make the free spins as useless as possible (and I thought €0.1 Starburst spins were a bit of a waste). If you deposit €100 and get credited 50 free spins, it is equal to a 1% deposit bonus.

Good games selection. That's about all I can say tbh

Policies such as splitting withdrawals. 500 withdrawal cancelled and I was told to withdraw 250 in 2 separate transactions. The first being processed the next day only to be told the second would not be paid until 4 days later?? What kind of behavior is this from a casino. Also 500 daily withdrawal limit is draconian. Live chat are totally unintested in helping the customer and drone off massive sections of ts and Cs as appropriate answers. Often live chat will blame there finance department or manager and vice versa. Total amateurs when it comes to customer service. Avoid if you want an easy life and stick with genesis, videoslots etc.
