Casumo is absolutely one of my favorite sites to play at. There's a wide variety of reasons for this, one of the big ones is the design of the site itself, and how the adventure aspect plays into your slot playing. Navigating the site is easy, searching for the slots you want to play is also a breeze, as is depositing and withdrawing. The design is so well thought-out, and as a player that is something I truly appreciate. :)

Additionally, I appreciate the wide variety of slots that you can play at Casumo. They're one of the very, very few reliable sites where I as a Swede can play Novomatic games. And they also have WMS, Thunderkick, NetEnt... what else could you want except from some Microgaming (which is coming soon, or so I've heard). The support is also great, available 24/7 in a lot of languages.

The only real issue that I have with Casumo is that the bonuses are not always that great. I especially dislike the randomness element of receiving bonuses - rather than getting something every time you level up, you only have a *chance* of getting something when you level up. And the things you get aren't always that great. You'll most of the time end up with something like 10 spins on Starburst, which you wagered hundreds of euros to be rewarded with.

Furthermore, the way bonuses are separated based on your level is quite strange. While it is a logical concept, the fact that you have to wager thousands, perhaps even tens of thousands of euros just to get a 10% higher deposit bonus (on the few occasions when you do get one) doesn't make a lot of sense to me. Either make the distance between tiers smaller, or make it easier to level up.

TheCasumo casino rep replied to my review without 1st actually looking at what I stated in the thread, checked for themselves the playline rules and questioned the ability of their own support staff to identify an issue and rectify before it got too this level.
