He was prompt and courteous.. He advised I wouldn't be able to find the wagering because I had already completed it.... Brill.... Finally LAST NIGHT I requested a withdrawal of 280 euros... Payout rate is very low, not matter how much and how many times deposited, lost all in few minutes, wagered more than 100 times did not get free games. Many casinos give 5% or 10 % cash bonus or cash money if lost big amount, this casino almost does not give free bonus even lost big amount, they gave around 1 % cash back after losing big amount and still need to wager 20 times for this 1 % cash back....

The strange thing about this casino, Casumo, is that I wasn't at all interested to sign up and play at first, until I read how many AskGamblers members here actually liked Casumo and making nice wins from it. Well, if others could win at Casumo, I should be able to as well, I thought to myself. Until Casumo can overcome this one eccentricity in their system, that 10 green stars will keep eluding them! Still, having said all that, Casumo is still King to me!
