The software is ok and the layout is ok.I really don't have much else good to say

I deposited here and played my bonus money. I made one request from live chat and she told me whats what. I never made any attempts to withdraw money here but I got an email asking for papers and id. They stated that I have 7 days to comply or they will close my account. I have never been asked for this in all of the 50 casinos I played. I have withdrawn money and I have spent lots of money. I think this is an attempt to discourage me as a player because I had 200 spins on a daily divided by 20 spins per day. To make things worse it is a personal request 'for me' and not all players for no reason whatsoever.

If for a continuous period of 180 days from our request for this verification documentation, we have still not received the same from you then the funds remaining in your account will be removed and your account closed.

180 days for you or other players but 7 days for me. Why me? Not at all happy and will never play here again. I don't know how they got so many 5 stars. Worst $50 bucks I ever spent

Alot of good play tech games, quick smooth running site with a good layout. After reading negative reviews I was sceptical about whether or not I'd receive the 120pound withdrawal I'd made via PayPal, alot of people saying they struggled to get paid however after a few days pending I checked my account to see my money had been processed and my PayPal account had been credited. Absolutely no problem so I would have to say this site is trustworthy and reliable

The withdrawal system is not the best and you should have an option to upload documents via the site. 3 days pending is a long time to wait but if you don't mind waiting then go for it because as I mentioned previously this site is reliable and trustworthy

If you watch closely, you'll see that the games are charging more than advertised. For example you'll make a $5 bet which takes the money out of your balance, then when you lose another $5 will come out of your balance. I like playing craps, and their game is rigged, I've never seen so many 7s. Every time I play the game goes through stages where I place a point, then the next roll is a 7. This happens 4 to 5 times in a row, before I'll get a 6 to 7 dice run. But never more than 6 or 7 before another 7-out. I bought in with a 100% bonus, I figured the bonus money got spent first, I was wrong. So I went to cash out and it said that all my funds were gone and only bonus money was left. Anyway, this place is a total rip-off. Don't waste your time or money.

Their virtual roulette took 250 pounds with ZERO payout over 15 spins each covering at least 30% of the wheel. Maybe bad luck, maybe something more to it?

ID verification is a nightmare, they state up to 72 hours where in fact it took little over a week. Free spins worth of 40 pounds which I was entitled to were rejected as they have expired - where as my account was locked due to the verification process, which was delayed by them. How convenient. Was NOT offered a compensation.

Will not be returning, stay away.

Very slow on payout. I withdrew £ 100 and they asked for my drivers license which I provided and they approved. 4 days later the money is still sitting in casino saying "waiting" . I contacted support they told me it takes up to 8 working days for it to be processed. Well other casinos I play on pay out within 1-3 days. The customer service person was rude and said I needed a little patience. Well I wont put any money into this casino ever again.

Support is not good. Tell you they have live chat but they don't. They have technical problems. I waiting now for 1 week to enter my account but still not working because they have technical issues and the support can't even help me. I write them 3 times and they tell every time how to log in. LOL. Maybe they think I'm stupid at all. Why they have a support if they do nothing.

They locked my account in the middle of my Welcome bonus, asking for verification docs. When I send the docs, received automated email back saying this email is not registered with the incident. Emailed them another 5 times, silence...for 4 days now! They obviously don't give a s+++ about their clients. Support is automated / non existent. No live chat. Never experienced anything like this, and believe me, I tried hundreds of casinos. Absolute embarrassment and disgrace.

I do not like this Casino, they lie about Bonus and you just get wagering bonus and it is not real bonus.
If you ask for real bonus, they tell you, you ar not a VIP player. I do not like to be second class and I spend my money in other casino and they treat me like real person and I receive real Bonus in real $. no scam or fraud :)

Still waiting for payout? Read the withdrawal terms!!!!!! It tells you how long it will take, if your looking for fast cash then roll on out because casinos are fun to play in if you need money that desperately, you shouldn't be playing, the casino is SAFE at least if anyone was to steal my card I know which casino they didn't play at. I think the ID process is good, fair enough it could be a little faster but come on, how many people do you think is playing and signing up on a daily basis? It's going to take time, still waiting for my money... no sweat because I find my spend all of my pocket money!!!
