Wish reading some players reviews was worried about my withdrawal taking longer than the “3-7 business days afternoon payments department processed and queued the payout”. Had winnings totaling 7500 and tried to withdraw to my visa. Received email Monday stating they were unable to process the payout to my visa due to county restrictions and requested banking information for wire transfer. This was Monday when I received this and sent back my information. To my amazement, The money was in my account today. So thank you Platinum Play for being so efficient with the process.
