I only ever use bitcoin when it comes to cryptocurrency and bitcasino accepts bitcoin so there’s no problem there. But i do have friends that use different cryptocurrencies. I noticed they use dash and bitcasino does not accept dash (atleast not yet?). I think they should consider adding dash because i think it’s popular nowadays. -BS

To be sure, some of the representatives are not great (and some are not even close to fluent in English), but if you get the right person on the other end of the live chat, he or she can help you a great deal.

I deposited over 2 btc with net loss of 0.8 btc and there was no discussion about a cashback or a bonus at all. They seem really strict on this and there is no talking to them. There are two, and only two, positive aspects to Bitcasino. First is the fact that they offer instant deposits and withdrawals. The second is that they have an extremely wide variety of games to play.
Bitcasino has no clue how to take care of its good players. I deposit, on average, well over €1.000 per month. Possibly double that. And my wagering is an order of magnitude higher. Despite these significant deposits and significant gameplay, Bitcasino remains willing only to reward losses. If you lose, you can get free spins. If you win -- even if you lose thereafter -- you get nothing. Zlich. Zippo. Don't even bother asking or trying to ask any sense into them.
Their VIP program is an opaque system, which it seems virtually impossible to get invited to. Again, with my significant gameplay, they keep telling me I'll be invited soon, but I am never invited. I've been wagering €6 a spin lately, and even that is insufficient for their ridiculously high standards.
I am done with Bitcasino. Totally done. They do not value their customers one bit. They have no appreciation for loyalty. None whatsoever. I've lost thousands of euro to them over the course of a year, and then they can't even give me 10 free spins upon request after a series of losses.
