First-time depositor, unfortunately, I made the mistake of depositing my funds from an exchange. Sent 42 usdt but the exchange sent it on the wrong eth blockchain. It's the one and only deposit to the address, support will neither assist me with retrieving the amount or give me the private key for the address so I can retrieve the funds myself. Definitely does not feel good to just loose 42$ and get no assistance. Especially when I know how easy it is to retrieve those funds. Would definitely suggest avoiding them for new users.

Overall I like my experience. Deposits and withdrawals are fast, they have all games I like and very interesting tournaments and daily races (which is my favorite).

Cashbacks for levels are low. I spend from 5 to 15k usd monthly and want to have more offers and cashbacks. Also not all the games are updated fast. Other casinos have already released new games from 3oaks and on bitcasino game is still not there.
