Now, apparently “Bonus Terms and Conditions” 1.1 state, that the max winnings and cashout from a freespins-offer is 10€. Which, to ME means, that if you win 23,46€ for example with your 10 freespins, your balance afterwards shows 10€ and that's what you can cash out. This is what it's like in most casinos I have used, not to say, that most of them are willing to give you, what you win anyway...

I won 8,58€. All fine. Nothing to cap at 10 bucks here. So...voiding everything AFTERWARDS but stating THIS in their mail...ummm?!

Now it seems, they void ANYTHING at any time, that you win AFTERWARDS, which in my view is 'free play'. IF I deposited 10 bucks of my own money in addition to that, they could void all my winnings and cap it at 10€, because of that Bonus terms-thing, that was there in the first place...oh...'part of your balance was the freespins winnings'? As the minimum withdrawal amount is 10 bucks, what am I supposed to do with the 8,58€ ANYWAY? As anything will be voided, if I try to play with it...now what's the point?

And NOW...guess what happened...after I got this mail, I checked my account...and the balance on it was 0. Yes, zero. Nada. They not only took the 150 bucks I accumulated , nah they even voided the 8,58€, they talked about in their email, which I could withdraw (haha...yeah, minimum withdrawal 10 bucks, hello betzest?!).

Now, I am not even thinking about getting ANYTHING from this company ( I know I won't after this experience), but this complaint and my review should be a warning sign to all customers, or those trying their 'bonuses'. DON'T get involved with them....there are so many other trustworthy places , who won't do stuff like this. It's not worth the time, money and effort, if they not only void EVERYTHING, but also their 10 Euro-we-cap-and-void-at-any-time-we-think-it's-ok-tactics is a shame for the industry, if you ask me. Cap the winnings and the cashout from the freespins at 10 bucks, yeah. That's ok. Or put some wager-requirements in place. But if you're lucky enough to win something afterwards and then cap it all, now that's fishy. Also...see their statement in the mail and what they did. Nothing to add there.
