To me betzest is one of the most underrated at the moment here in Germany. It offers a good amount of Casino games and the sports betting is a good option for Players.
The customer support (live chat) is friendly, but carefully! The reason I write this is that they want to have some personal (and legal) information about your account before they take any actions. Some Players might see it as an annoying thing, but I love to see personal data is protected by the support!

Actually there's no mobile access or no forwarding to this if I connect to the site by their regular URL. This could be a problem for users with smaller devices than a tablet.

Betzest casino is a place I discovered quite recently. I was reading the Askgamblers forum and noticed their thread where they were claiming to give out 50 free spins for Askgamblers members. Everybody will try Betzest, but nobody will stay, because you treat your customers badly. Very cheap move by Betzest - offering and enticing new customers with great action every day, only to exclude the now registered customer from playing the very same promotions they attracted him with.

I will tell my example, so everybody can draw conclusions about what kind of casino-bookmaker Betzest truly is:

I deposited 100 euros for their welcome bonus on 22.10.2019. I lost both my deposit and the bonus amount. Then on 24.10.2019 I took another bonus, deposit 300 euros for 300 euros bonus. I played that bonus since 24.10.2019 till 31.10.2019. I had some luck in the beginning, making those 600 (300+300) into 2200 pretty fast. But then I started losing, and I lost all my bonus amount - both the amount won and the amount given at start. I was left with 885 euros (300 deposit + winnings from my deposit 585 - both real money, I played them through the wagering requirement stated in the terms on their site). Then tonight I thought to try my hand at their Brazil league promotion, bet 10 get 5. I know a lot of people will be cheap, and put only 10 euros, just the minimum amount to unlock the freebet. But not me, no sir. I wasn't being a cheapskate - I bet 15 euros on a match I was fairly confident in, but since I do not know the league very well, I kept the stake low. So I place the bet, and in the terms it says I should receive my 5 euro freebet automatically. However 15 minutes pass and nothing is happening. So I contact support about it and they tell me I am excluded from all promotions and bonuses for forever??? Why? What did I do wrong? They just keep repeating that I am excluded. "Company's decision" they say. Nice. Very nice move by Betzest. Sublime. When I ask: "why then didn't you notify me about the exclusion?" Are you waiting for me to lose all my money first before I discover that I am excluded from bonuses? Then the agent by the name Dajana replies: "We will make sure to not send you any promotion again!" Is that a joke she is trying to make? Does she think she sounds funny? Is that the way you treat you customers, with mockery? I didn't even won a great deal of money, about 500 euros net profit. Are winners not welcome on Betzest? You aim to be the new name on the market, and you are excluding people over 500 euros profit? Plus I didn't even try to withdraw that money. Who knows - maybe I would've lost it, both the amount won and my deposit. But the loss is yours.

After seeming like the new best site on the market, offering a great deal of fun and action, a huge disappointment followed.
