I made a withdrawal of €550 on the 27th of last month all verification steps are done they told me I would have my money on the 7th of June that didn’t happen they instead rejected my €550 withdrawal due to technical difficulties so I asked them about my other €100 withdrawal and they said I would have it today and when I checked they rejected that one too and won’t give me a reason as to why.

My last withdrawal I was waiting two weeks and then they cancelled it for technical issues. This new withdrawal is being processed so I’m wondering will the same thing happen they said I’d have it within 5 days
They have rejected it again due to some other issues that they won’t explain to me

It's not us, who cancels the request.
Looks like the issuer of the card cancels the transaction, the other reason may be the limitations on your card.
Please consider withdrawing via alternative methods.
