Delayed transfer for months from SpinBetter casino
Due to gambling addiction, SpinBetter wrote to me and promised as a gesture of goodwill to refund 1920$ (1765€) to help me and my situation, which is the net profit after deducting commissions and royalties of the total losses of 6306 USD on 13. August 2024, as shown in the screenshot. Due to gambling addiction i got my Skrill account closed, and therefore i wrote to SpinBetter if they could transfer it to my USDT TRC20 wallet instead, and they replied as you can see on the other screenshot, that it is possible and they need wallet information, which i sent to them on the same day.
Since then i have written some emails to SpinBetter asking when they expect to process it and they have replied that the relevant department is still working on processing this case, but since its now been 8 month ago, and the casino still just responds that it will be processed soon, i write to you if you are able to mediate why they keep delaying their promise for so long, because i need those funds to survive and bills to pay back on the loan i took to gamble at SpinBetter, so i think 8 months is too long to process what they promised me, which is why i hope you are able to assist getting in contact with the casino.
