Spin Casino - Withdrawal Delayed for Over 10 Days No Response from Support

I am experiencing a serious issue with Spin Casino regarding a delayed withdrawal and technical problems with my account.

🔹 Problem #1 – Withdrawal Delay:

I requested two withdrawals using the same card I have used successfully in the past. Spin Casino states that withdrawals are processed within 2–6 business days, but it has now been over 10 business days and I have still not received my funds. My deposits are processed instantly, yet withdrawals are unreasonably delayed without explanation.

I have contacted customer service by email but have not received any clear response or solution.

🔹 Problem #2 – Broken Transaction History:

For several days now, I’ve been unable to access my transaction history. Every time I try, I get an error message:

“Your transaction cannot be delivered this time. Please try again later.”

This has made it very difficult to track any activity on my account.

I find this level of service unacceptable from a licensed casino. I am simply asking for a timely and transparent resolution.

Requested Action:

• Immediate processing of my pending withdrawal(s)

• Fix the error in my transaction history

• Clear communication and explanation from Spin Casino’s support team

Unfortunately, I have still not received any response from Spin Casino—neither by email nor on this complaint thread. It has now been over 3 weeks since my withdrawal request, and I have received no update or resolution. My transaction history is still inaccessible, and my funds remain unpaid.

I kindly ask that you proceed accordingly and mark this case as unresolved, since the operator has failed to respond within the given timeframe.

Spin Casino - Refusing to give back my money that they held incorrectly

I had played this casino only a couple of times as I usually play elsewhere, I finally hit something decent it was a little above $2500 when I go to withdraw. I get an email stating that they were withholding $240 of my money because of a “disputed transaction on my credit card” which was a complete lie. I never used a credit card once it was all transacted via etransfer which everyone knows you cannot dispute it’s very clear about that.

So I then had to send in all my banking statements etc. After getting the run around for weeks, finally, they state they made a mistake which I knew already, and stated they were going to send the $240. That has been almost 3 weeks ago now. Still no money still no payment.

They’ve given me multiple different dates and times and the whole 24-48 hours I have all the emails and chats of getting the runaround. Still nothing almost 3 weeks later.

They email me today and say there was an “error” trying to transfer which again is a lie as nothing has changed with my banking my email etc from the last withdrawal that took 2 days.

So still no money still no answers they have no one you can speak to, they don’t respond to emails, and chat is absolutely useless, and will repeat the same things.

Please help I saved everything all the convos all the emails all the lies the banking statements everything. DONT play here they are awful and will not pay you and give you the run around for their mistakes.

Spin Casino - Spin casino do not pay my winnings for no reason

Good day everybody.

On 7/28/22 I received an invitation from the Digimedia group to receive a welcome offer at Spin Casino.

I read the terms and conditions carefully before depositing and then decided to deposit and get a bonus. I had no luck with the first and second deposits and deposited a third time and made a profit. I played with a bet between 4.50 EUR and a maximum of 8 EUR.

After almost 10,000 EUR wagering requirements, I was theoretically able to withdraw my winnings of 2,404 EUR, which I then did. 2 weeks have passed with repeated inquiries in the live chat where my profit is, I was finally answered like this.

My winnings will not be paid to me.


When asked why my winnings were not paid out and what I had done wrong. was answered. Whenever the casinos decides so.


So I didn't do anything wrong, the casino determines when and if they want to cash out a player or not.

Apparently it doesn't matter if you violated a term or played 100% correctly like in my case but still didn't get your winnings because the casino decides that way.

This is an absolute cheek.


So I invested over 300 EUR for what? That in the end not only my profit is taken from me but also all my previous deposits? I strongly doubt that any kind of casinos should treat them players that way.
