On 7/28/22 I received an invitation from the Digimedia group to receive a welcome offer at Spin Casino.
I read the terms and conditions carefully before depositing and then decided to deposit and get a bonus. I had no luck with the first and second deposits and deposited a third time and made a profit. I played with a bet between 4.50 EUR and a maximum of 8 EUR.
After almost 10,000 EUR wagering requirements, I was theoretically able to withdraw my winnings of 2,404 EUR, which I then did. 2 weeks have passed with repeated inquiries in the live chat where my profit is, I was finally answered like this.
My winnings will not be paid to me.
When asked why my winnings were not paid out and what I had done wrong. was answered. Whenever the casinos decides so.
So I didn't do anything wrong, the casino determines when and if they want to cash out a player or not.
Apparently it doesn't matter if you violated a term or played 100% correctly like in my case but still didn't get your winnings because the casino decides that way.
This is an absolute cheek.
So I invested over 300 EUR for what? That in the end not only my profit is taken from me but also all my previous deposits? I strongly doubt that any kind of casinos should treat them players that way.
