Spin Casino - Refusing to give back my money that they held incorrectly
I had played this casino only a couple of times as I usually play elsewhere, I finally hit something decent it was a little above $2500 when I go to withdraw. I get an email stating that they were withholding $240 of my money because of a “disputed transaction on my credit card” which was a complete lie. I never used a credit card once it was all transacted via etransfer which everyone knows you cannot dispute it’s very clear about that.
So I then had to send in all my banking statements etc. After getting the run around for weeks, finally, they state they made a mistake which I knew already, and stated they were going to send the $240. That has been almost 3 weeks ago now. Still no money still no payment.
They’ve given me multiple different dates and times and the whole 24-48 hours I have all the emails and chats of getting the runaround. Still nothing almost 3 weeks later.
They email me today and say there was an “error” trying to transfer which again is a lie as nothing has changed with my banking my email etc from the last withdrawal that took 2 days.
So still no money still no answers they have no one you can speak to, they don’t respond to emails, and chat is absolutely useless, and will repeat the same things.
Please help I saved everything all the convos all the emails all the lies the banking statements everything. DONT play here they are awful and will not pay you and give you the run around for their mistakes.
