Hello, I made a deposit of 300 euros in this casino. But the amount was never credited to my account. I made the deposit around two weeks ago. I already asked in chat many times for the request, but they always say that it is transfered to the relevant department. And when I ask via mail, I never got any answer. I sent them all screenshots of the deposit and also the confirmation of the deposit. No answer.

They didn’t send the right amount back to me. I sent them 4,610837 Litecoin, and they only sent 4.171191 Litecoin back to me.
That is around 30-50 euros, which is left.

Please be informed that your account was created in the EUR currency. Therefore, any deposits or withdrawals are converted into its original currency. The amount of the deposit that was made is 295 EUR. As a result, we have manually withdrawn 295 EUR back to you.

This is no refunding. A refunding should be the exact amount in Litecoin which I tried to deposit. So the exact amount I should also get in Litecoin, because I never get the deposit. So you have to send the amount of 4,610837 LTC or in the case now the rest.
And at the time I deposited, the Litecoin amount I sent was exactly 300 euros.
The amount you added to my balance (which I never could see) is based on the date 15th February. So send the rest amount of Litecoin, because about the right amount of euros (equivalent to Litecoin) we would discuss for long time.
