Pokerstars Casino - ID & withdrawal issue, 400 GBP
Hi, I'm not sure if my previous complaint request worked as I have only just signed up for an askgambler account.
I created a Pokerstars account and made my first deposit at the beginning of March 2023, I won a little bit of money (£500) and requested a withdrawal, I received £100 of this and the other £400 was declined until I verify my account (which I totally understand this needs to be done) I then received an email from stars asking me for ID in order to complete my withdrawal. I don't have a valid passport or driving license so I sent them a a photo of my Post Office PASS card and copy of my birth certificate as this is confirmed as acceptable on their website, this morning I have received a further email requesting a passport or driving license in order to verify my account. I have also previously sent them other information that they require in the form of my last month's payslip from my employer. I would appreciate any help or advice that you guys can give as this is getting frustrating now. Thanks in advance, Paul
