Account has been temporarily restricted pending a routine security investigation
I’ve been a long-time customer on PokerStars, my accounts been verified by uploading my documents. Recently I’ve been playing more due to Covid. And I tried out their casino. I made money and wanted to withdraw it, and now I got this error message....
"Your account has been temporarily restricted pending a routine security investigation. We apologize for this delay.
These checks are usually completed within minutes, after which time your account will either be re-opened with full functionality, or you will receive an email explaining required next steps."
It’s very interesting that this happened when I went to withdraw $2300.
I can’t reach anyone anyone, sent multiple emails. I am so frustrated. I want my money. I could really use the money sooner than later. I have read on other posts that this has taken weeks for some people.
Please advise what I should do now.

After reviewing your account, we see that there was a delay in reinstating your account, due to the involvement of the Responsible Gaming team. We also see that your withdrawal (in 2 amounts) were processed, the first on 14-07 ($1519.58) and the second one on 16-07 ($785.29), via MuchBetter.
Please remember, that we take our responsibility regarding Responsible Gaming very serious and when players make concerning comments, even if it could be in gest, our procedures require that we investigate.
