Last Friday i made a withdrawal for 400 euro. I received an email from Party Poker that my withdrawal was approved. Since then I did not receive my money.
I contacted customer support at Party Poker and was told that there were no problems and the delays were caused by Gigadat refusing the transaction. I contacted Gigadat and was told that there was no request regarding this transaction.
Two days ago I called Party Poker customer service and was told that they were currently having problems with Gigadat accepting transactions from them. Again I contacted Gigadat and was written back and they were not aware of any issues. They asked me to ask Party Poker to escalate the transaction and contact them if they had any problems. I forwarded that email to Party Poker.
Since then I have received an email from Party Poker customer support saying that they still did not receive any response from Gigadat and that the requested transaction was refused for the second time. Gigadat people are saying that there was again no request for this transaction.
I have played with Party Poker for a long time and I enjoyed my time there and I have spend a decent amount of money there but now they don't want to pay me my 400 euros? I don't understand why and I don't know what to do so I decided to write here because I don't like being lied to.
