Hello,

Last Friday i made a withdrawal for 400 euro. I received an email from Party Poker that my withdrawal was approved. Since then I did not receive my money.

I contacted customer support at Party Poker and was told that there were no problems and the delays were caused by Gigadat refusing the transaction. I contacted Gigadat and was told that there was no request regarding this transaction.

Two days ago I called Party Poker customer service and was told that they were currently having problems with Gigadat accepting transactions from them. Again I contacted Gigadat and was written back and they were not aware of any issues. They asked me to ask Party Poker to escalate the transaction and contact them if they had any problems. I forwarded that email to Party Poker.

Since then I have received an email from Party Poker customer support saying that they still did not receive any response from Gigadat and that the requested transaction was refused for the second time. Gigadat people are saying that there was again no request for this transaction.

I have played with Party Poker for a long time and I enjoyed my time there and I have spend a decent amount of money there but now they don't want to pay me my 400 euros? I don't understand why and I don't know what to do so I decided to write here because I don't like being lied to.

I want to add to the previous statemet. Today i checked my Party Poker account and see that the have put the 400 euros back into the party poker account instead of my bank. I now withdrew 350 euros right away. I lowered the amount to see if that will make the withdrawal easier for them. I am so upset because i expected that money to be in my bank account not in the Party Poker account. This is unbelievable althogh i think i suggested to one of the customer support that maybe they can put it back and try again but i did not say that i prefered it rather than it going to my bank account. Now i will have to see what happens with the 350 euros. I just want the money in my bank account not in Party Poker account.

Thank you for raising your query with Partypoker.
Firstly we are very sorry that the withdrawal process hasn't been handed the best.
The payment operations team is in contact with Gigadat to find a solution, as several withdrawals have failed recently.
By tomorrow I will have details on the status of your latest withdrawal attempt.
I appreciate that it's frustrating however this has been raised as a High priority case.

Hello, I have writen to Gigadat and was assured several times that there were no requests for any transactions for 400 euro for me. The money was deposited back into my party poker account not my bank account. From that i have withdrawn another amount and am currently waiting to see if i will actualy receive it. So i dont believe the issue has been resolved yet. If indeed it is Gigadat then what way do you suggest I make the withdrawal so that i can receive my money? Gigadat personel were upset to hear that customers were being told that it was their fault that they were not receiving their money.

So i see on my party poker withdrawal status page that the withdrawal was approved again but still it did not seem to go past the schedule of payout part. I did not receive any updates from Party Poker today. It almost feels like I am being punished for asking about why the first withdrawal was taking so long. Also, one of the support rep told me that if i keep writting to them it will take longer because they have to read all of my written questions of why i did not receive the withdrawn money. Does it mean that a players should not ask why they cant get the withdrawn money? But i am sure there are no answers in my posing a question as to why the money is not in my bank account. If necessary i can also post the reply from Gigadat where they assured me that there were no requests for my withdrawal made with them. I realy hope this will get resolved somehow because i have always enjoyed playing on Party Poker site and never had this kind of issue.

Morning Hanna,
Sorry for the delay in getting back to you, wanted to make sure I had an adequate update to give you.
The withdrawals via Gigadat are being investigated still, as for us withdrawals are being rejected, so Gigadat and Partypoker tech teams are in talks to solve the issue.
In the meantime, I would suggest if you could try a different withdrawal method? I see that there is a visa card registered on the account (although no deposit from this). If you can make a small deposit from that card, then you should be able to withdraw to the card on the account.
Let me know how you get on and if that's not possible i will see alternative solutions.

Hi, Thanks for your reply. As you can see i spoke to Gigadat and this is the latest reply. They never received any requests for widthdrawal for me. Also, in a previous email they said that if there were any withdrawal issues to contact them. I spoke to other players who use the same method and they have no issues withdrawing through Gigadat. It appears that the processing of the withdrawal is still not finished. Because it never seems to move past the scheduling of payout stage.
My visa is not one that allowes me to make deposits to your site. I tried before but it does not work. In addition on Party poker site i tried other option of depositing money. Few months ago i was able to use Online Debit but now i only have this option to go through Gigadat. I dont want to use additional apps to make deposits.

Hello, I have received an email today saying that there was some problem on the Party Pokers end and that they will try to send me the payment using Bank transfer method. They asked me to confirm all my banking information and i did just send them an email with all the information that they asked for. I hope this will not take very long.
