I am submitting an official complaint against Parimatch for refusal to pay my withdrawal (10230 BDT,10/03/2025).

Despite repeated withdrawal requests over more than a year, Parimatch has refused to pay my funds. The ticket #793967 was closed without resolution.
The casino has also deleted internal withdrawal and deposit history.

Consequently, the casino has no means to track or recover the aforementioned funds. We strongly advise the player to seek further assistance directly with their bank or financial institution. Based on this confirmation, the AskGamblers Complaint Team considers this case resolved, and it is now officially closed. While we understand this may not be the outcome expected by the complainant, we would like to remind you that, in case of a disagreement with our decision, further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) entity.
Following a detailed review with our Billing Team, we would like to inform you that the transaction in question is now beyond the verifiable period. As per their assessment, due to the age of the transaction, we are unfortunately unable to retrieve the necessary records or complete a verification.
As a result, we regret that we are unable to proceed further with this request. We kindly encourage reporting any transaction-related issues within a reasonable timeframe so they can be thoroughly investigated.
