I deposited 70000 INR it was debited from my bank account but not credited to Parimatch account. This is third time in a week my deposit not getting credited to my account instantly. Last two deposits also I raised complaint and got deposit after four days. Again my deposit is getting delayed, as I checked with the parimatch support team and they told me within one business day it will get refunded but still my amount is not credited. I have attached the details here as well.

Hi Parimatch,

I received 70000 INR after 2 days of payment. But after that i made new deposit of 100000 INR, again samething happened, amount got debited from bank account but it's not credietd to Parimatch account. Again i need to wait, why everytime it's happening, seriously i am fed up with your payment system.

We're sorry you're experiencing this issue again. When deposits using this method fail, it could take up to 1 business day for the money to be reversed back to your bank account.
As the time period has not yet gone since your deposit was made on 03.03.2023, we respectfully ask you to wait patiently. Your payments will be reversed within the specified time range.
If your funds are not reversed before the end of 07.03.2023, we urge you to get in touch with us again and provide us a PDF copy of your complete bank statement from the time you made the deposit until the present.
I would also like to recommend that you try to make deposits with a card of another bank or another payment method in the future.

Dear Askgamble and Parimatch,

Still I haven't received any refund. I checked with my bank, They told amount transferred successfully to beneficiary account and my bank side asking beneficiary bank statement. I checked with Parimatch customer support many times but they are telling samething that give sometime, your amount will get refund.

If your funds have not yet returned to the card balance, we strongly recommend that you contact our support team again and provide us with a PDF copy of your complete bank statement from the time of the deposit to the present.

I have shared my bank statement many times, But Still you are asking the same, Fine I shared my bank statement once again to your [email protected] mail id and online customer support. Already one week got over, I am not able to wait more. KIndly refund my amount asap.
