I have mailed them twice to close my account but they play a deaf ear to it. No response or account closure whatsoever, in past also I faced the same issue, strict action should be taken against casinos that do not let customers close their accounts, I am attaching two screenshots... a month apart but no response whatsoever. Even their customer care is lame.
