Amount not being credited to gaming account even after sending statement
Hi,
I have deposited twice the amount of 10000 rs to the Parimatch.in the casino and one amount was credited after a week after repeated emails but the other amount of 10000 rs is still not credited. After sending all the transaction history I was promised by customer care that it would surely be credited but over 25 days no amount has been credited.
To frustrate me more customer care replied to submit the statement again, I have already submitted it at least 5 times.
Kindly credit back the amount to the source or to my gaming account
