My account was blocked on April 26. After contacting support, I was supposed to send deposit confirmations from ewallets.

I paid via binance pay. I immediately provided 45 screenshots and a video from the binance app that te account that was used for deposits belongs to me.

In April, the account was recharged four times with the card. Parimatch stewarded the cards statements. He received ZEN statements for the month of April and March in three currencies USD, EUR, PLN.

After receiving the documents, they have not written back since yesterday. Verification should be done in a maximum of 24 hours. I made one mistake these four recharges with the card were made to my by my boyfriend as a gift. Card payments were for small amounts

On the ZEN statements parimatch received are my boyfriends data also mine. We send money to each other trough ZEN. All other deposits for large amounts were made from my binance account.

I did not cheat.

If parimatch thinks I broke the rules by these card payments please refund my deposit made from binance account.
