This is my 3rd complaint against the above casino... They meant to delay my winnings and now since 14/06/24 I did not receive them.
They used to return it back to the account again so to lose them, and again you need to wait for 10 working days after staying already 10 working days... Can you help to retrieve this issue... You will find the dated conversations and pdf account details on the above mentioned dates.

As far as we can see, the funds have been declined and returned to your balance. Could you please let us know if the bank provided any reason for the declined funds?

I get this money back to my casino account ...why I do not know after 40 days waiting, can you clarify to me please !
I told you this reversal of money will let me decide to continue in your casino or not .And after all these you made 40 days delay.
Do I need to wait again 40 days if I made a new withdrawal now!
