Refusing to pay my money

Hello,

As of today company "Melbet" is refusing to pay my money. My situation is that I'm trying to withdraw my funds from this account ( around 70 euros ) for a few days now. I have been trying to withdraw with my mastercard, although everytime i put in the details it keep saying it has been denied by the operator. Yes i have spoken to the live chat as well but they would come up with solutions like restart your browser log in and try again, or you have put incorrect details. None of them work. This just keeps going on and on without a solution. What is even more that i can't choose another withdrawal method, since I've deposited with my card. The live chat clearly has no respect for it's customers, I've been waiting for the answers to my situations for hours, and they don't give me a proper solution.

What I am trying to tell is that i have been a passive player in this company, I haven't won thousands I even lost some of my money but they still refuse to pay me for what i got left? This is unacceptable.

I have read other threads on here about the withdrawals in this company, I am not willing to put anymore money in here or look for other ways to withdraw my money through other methods. Even that the amount is not big, it's still money that belongs to me and I want to withdraw it without the operator denying everytime.

I'm not looking for answers to call my bank to allow the transfer, since they allow it because clearly i had succesfully deposited money with my card. Also I'm not going to deposit more in melbet so i can use another method, i have no guarantees, and by the looks of it I'm already in bad situation with my money.

With all the respect I'm looking for the best solution.

Hello once again

As of today, i can confirm that my transaction is now completed. Upon checking my bank account the money has been delivered. To sum up this complaint I appreciate @melbetcasino for cooperating and resolving my problem, although I didn't like the fact that I was put in a situation like this and I had to seek for help. After lots of arguing with melbet casino's consultants, their representative has forced them to do something useful, I'm sure this would've been sorted easier, but people who were responsible for this, didn't do their job properly.

@askgamblers I want to thank you for giving me the opportunity to take back what belongs to me and I wish you the best.

I can confirm that my problem is now resolved, and this complaint can now be closed.

December 3rd - The transaction was successful, the operator has managed to confirm my withdrawal. Although i want to be clear that I haven't received my money yet. This complaint won't be closed until the money is in my bank account. When I do get my payment then we can part ways.

Until now, I will be waiting for my payment, and when I do get it I will inform.

If not, we will proceed with the discussion.

We can explain why:
So when you are restart and log in again, cookie and cache of your browser will got a new instruction from our side.
And you can completely withdrawal your funds.

Melbet Cash Agent Withdrawal Issue Pending for Over 140 Days Melbet ID 816469381
I am submitting this complaint regarding a long pending withdrawal issue with Melbet involving an amount of LKR 50,000.
I requested the withdrawal through a Melbet cash agent (“Badulla, Hidagoda 24/7”), but the amount was never credited to my bank account. Since the beginning of this issue, I have fully cooperated with Melbet support and payment teams and submitted all documents they requested, including certified bank statements covering the relevant dates.
This issue has now remained unresolved for almost four months despite numerous follow-ups and repeated assurances that the matter was under investigation by their payment specialists.
During this period, I had to visit the bank multiple times during working hours and take leave from my employment in order to obtain certified statements and supporting documents requested by Melbet. The process has caused significant inconvenience and frustration.
I also experienced aggressive and unprofessional behavior from the cash agent involved while trying to resolve this issue.
Despite providing all requested evidence and maintaining communication through the same official support ticket, I still have not received a proper final resolution regarding the disputed withdrawal amount.
I respectfully request assistance in reviewing this matter and helping to obtain a fair resolution regarding the pending withdrawal.

Email communication history
Support ticket details
Screenshots and supporting evidence

I have attached the forst email which I sent to Melbet and the recent one I received from them. And also the screen shot of the confirmation of the withrawal request.
