I requested a withdrawal of 4053 reais on Saturday via AstroPay.

The withdrawal was canceled due to technical problems with the server - which seems OK to me.

I then requested the same withdrawal via Pix, and the chat informed me that the withdrawal had been approved, and this appeared on the website. But hours later, it appeared as rejected, and more importantly: the amount did not return to my account! In the chat, the casino does not say any resolution deadline.

As a result, my withdrawal was rejected and the amount was not returned to my account.

It's important to say that when I asked if I needed to send my personal documents for KYC, the attendant said not yet, so the problem is actually internal to them.

Dear player and Askgamblers Team,

Firstly, we would like to say thank you for reopening the case.

Secondly, we would like to give more details, so that we can close the complaint. I want to bring to your attention that we made efforts to facilitate a successful withdrawal for the user. However, the initial withdrawal was requested via Astropay, which experienced technical issues at the time. The other withdrawal request was made through pix, and while we approved the withdrawal, unfortunately, the payment provider canceled the transaction without providing a specific reason.

We promptly returned the funds to the player's gaming account. Regrettably, during our efforts to find a solution for a successful withdrawal, the player used the funds for gaming and closed his account due to the personal reasons.

We really wish we could have done more, but we find ourselves in a situation where we cannot identify any fault on our part or any concrete reason to refund the amount of 4,053 BRL.

We hope for your cooperation and understanding in this matter and are more than willing to provide you with any necessary details to bring about a successful resolution to this complaint.
