Ho there,
On 18th of September I requested a refund from the Lala Bet casino for amount of 3755 EUR (email attached).
Then, after kyc verification and number of chats with the support team (email attached) I received and email from [email protected], confirming that my refund will be sent soon ( confirmation email attached). However, nothing have been received so far on my bank account, that I have also provided to [email protected].
I would like to open a complaint in order to receive and appropriate support for returning of my money.
