Deposit is not credited to my account

Hello, I used jet casino for some time and asked for withdraw. I asked for whole amount, 1070e.

I made withdrawal request on 28.01.2025 and it's still pending till today. Their support told me that it could take up to 31 days for crypto withdraw, which is insane period of time for crypto withdraw for such small amount. It looks like they trying to scam me or to delay on purpose until I cancel withdraw and lose money. I think it's not normal that withdrawal period is 31 days. I hope u will help me here to get my money asap.

I've been trying to withdraw my winnings since december and it keeps getting delayed or rejected. After each request, the casino asks me to verify my id, my photo, my selfie, my video of holding the id and what not. I've done everything and they still keep on delaying and are not processing my withdrawal.

The live chat is useless as I reached out to them 6-4 times but they always answer the same thing again and again. All my documents are verified and approved, still, they say there is a queue and keep delaying my payment. Dear AskGamblers team, please do something about this casino Jet Casino, this is clearly harassment as my funds are stuck there and I need them, even after all verifications, they keep holding them without a reason.

I have a complaint regarding waiting times on a withdrawal from Jet Casino.

I made a withdrawal on 25.03.2024, and after the withdrawal, I had to verify myself for the withdrawal to be processed.

I started sending in documents the same day and an ID, selfie with ID, and payment proof got accepted the same day. I got an email after some days saying that they needed to have a live video call with me. I did that on 01.04.2024. I answered the question they asked me and they told me my account was going to be opened again when they verified the video call.

In the days after 01.04.2024, I've been in contact with support several times on live chat and email about the issue, but I have never gotten any response other than "The appropriate department" will be contacting me shortly for a response or that the payment is soon to be verified.

Therefore I feel now that the issue is at a standstill since I have never gotten any response after the final verification. And that is why I now feel I need to take it up as a formal complaint.

I hope that Jet Casino can now look at my withdrawal and give me an answer on why this has taken so long.

I deposited on jet.casino around 2000 euros, played slots and made 5000 euros profit in slots. Then I tried to withdraw and after putting me through having to submit ALOT of documents, they said I will get my payment 1 month delayed because their terms say they allowed to delay it.

In my opinion this is unacceptable behaviour, users should not be treated this way, very shady casino.

I made deposit in bitcoincash (320 eur eq.). Received 320 eur plus bonus 320 eur plus 500 free spins. After gaming activities I won 3863 eur. Passed Kyc, then sent crypto wallet addres to chat. They approved it, and said that I need to wait little time to approve withdraw. Today is 03may2023, passed month plus 1 day.

Today casino answered that they can verify my account unlimited time.
