They are avoiding making my payment and talking about 6 months review
I started playing on this site on September 1. Everything was fine until I sent my withdrawal request. My first withdrawal request was rejected and I was asked to verify my ID by taking a selfie with a piece of paper with writing on it. I submitted my paperwork and it was approved. Then I made a withdrawal.
When I wanted to withdraw money again (from the account I approved 2.5 months ago), my withdrawal request was rejected.
A few hours later an email was sent to me. What does the e-mail say?
"We are contacting you regarding your account. Please note that your account is under review for 1 month. Please wait for an update via email. If you have questions, feel free to contact us at any time!"
I waited for exactly 1 month and at the end of the 1 month, they asked me to make a video by reading out loud in English the paper on which I had written what they wanted along with my ID.
I sent them what they wanted and the KYC team said that this video verification was also approved. But I still can't withdraw money.
When I ask the live support team why I cannot withdraw money, they say that the investigation is ongoing and it may take up to 6 months. Yes, you heard right, 6 months!!! They must have lost their minds. I did everything they asked but they still say you have to wait, it may take 6 months.
I appreciate Jackbit casino's efforts to ensure its security and integrity. I value transparency and honesty in my interactions. But I no longer find their approach to me well-intentioned. I definitely think this is a misunderstanding.
I have $12957 in my Jackbit account and I want to withdraw my money. I need your help. I uploaded the documents of the process I explained above, respectively. King regards
