Hello. I have tried making a withdrawal request several times now (with the same method I used to deposit) but they keep getting declined. I have submitted all my documents for verification but they don't seem to get processed. I have sent 2 support emails to try and solve this but have not gotten a response.
What is also quite odd is that I never got the welcome email sent to me. I know that I used the correct email (in fact I checked multiple times). I haven't actually received any email from Greenspin since the creation of my account. On top of this, my phone number suffers from the same issue as the verification code isn't arriving no matter how many times I try.
My balance is currently showing as "withdrawable" but I can't seem to make the withdrawal so I would just like to get this resolved.
