Casino - Cannot withdraw my money

I open an account last week and use the Welcome bonus offer with my first deposit of 300 EUR. I was very lucky and had about 3000 EUR at the end of the wager requirements. After playing some times without bonus, the casino set a cooling off period for me and tells me that I had to withdraw my money and then they will close my account. I was very surprised about it, but ok. But now the problems started. After 2 successfull withdrawals to ecopayz (each 1000 EUR) they cancel my third withdrawal request. Then suddenly the ecopayz option to withdrawal was not available (only to my I dont know?). Support tells me that there was a mistake to cancel my withdrawal request and I need to make a new request, but ecopayz is still not available since days. Why they set a cooling off period for me? Why they will close my account? Why they delete ecopayz option for me and tell me I have to withdraw to my ecopayz account?

Thank you Askgamblers Team. Today I got an email that ecopayz is now available and I was able to withdraw my money to my ecopayz account. Now my greenspin account is closed and I still don't know why? Askgamblers team, Please close this complaint.
