Hello everyone, I want to make it clear here, I made my account and deposited like any normal player, after finishing my rollover of their welcome bonus and making my withdrawal request, I had my account blocked and I no longer have access to it, I enter the chat and I am treated like a dog for the terrible service, this is how cytobet works with its users to avoid paying

My account is logged into that same email I hope you page me so I can close this complaint as quickly as possible

Dia 16/05/2024 eu abrir minha conta na citobet, fiz um depósito de R$ 5.000,00 e não podia fazer apostas acima de odd 1.01 aí então perguntei a ele e resolvir tirar meu dinheiro de volta e para minha surpresa minha conta foi bloqueada e até hoje eles não devolveram meu dinheiro e não dão nenhum retorno e motivos sobre está segurando meu valor, já falei que pode devolver meu dinheiro e pode bloquear a conta e eles não devolve, só diz que vai investigar esse tempo todo, um absurdo segurar meu dinheiro por 2 meses e sabe lá se vai devolver.

Conta Suspensa e Dinheiro retido

Realizei um depósito e aposta nesse cassino, jogando 1000 reais e fazendo 3 apostas que totalizaram 2708, tentei fazer saque, ficou em análise e foi dado prazo de 1 dia. Para minha surpresa no dia seguinte a empresa suspendeu minha conta, cancelou meu saque e alegou que iria fazer uma análise que leva 30 dias afim de verificar possíveis irregularidade nos termos de serviço. Algo totalmente ilegal, não informaram o que, de que forma foi violado, prazo totalmente incossebivel, feito só para não pagar meu saque.

It started on the 3rd of October 2024 when I placed a bet on Match; Real sociedad vs Anderlecht

Total shots in the match was 35 (shots) which was more than 25.5 selected but sadly my bet was recorded as lost.

To my surprise, I reported the issue to their online support where I was told the issue has been transferred to the appropriate department.

Why waiting for the miscalculated bet to be corrected, that same day I decided to place a withdrawal of NGN50,000 via crypto from my availability balance, without prior notification i discovered that i can not login my gaming account again, when i reached out to them via their online support I was informed that my account is undergoing verification and since then till now I can't reach out to them either responding to my emails

Since on the 4th of October till date no further updates regarding my account, withdrawal and miscalculated bet, I sent messages but no response.

Not paying my 5000 BRL

Hi there,

Long story short, my account is fully kyc'd and on the 20th of december I have made a 3800BRL withdraw.

Citobet keeps delaying and saying my account will go through a second verification. Then delaying more due to holidays.

Please help me. I did nothing wrong and I have over 4900 brl (around 1000$) in there.
