Not paying my 5000 BRL

Hi there,

Long story short, my account is fully kyc'd and on the 20th of december I have made a 3800BRL withdraw.

Citobet keeps delaying and saying my account will go through a second verification. Then delaying more due to holidays.

Please help me. I did nothing wrong and I have over 4900 brl (around 1000$) in there.

hi there.

No i haven't received any amount. Citobet decided to just claim all my bets were late bets, whatever that means. They said they will pay my deposit when this askgamblers complaint is closed. Amazing how another sportsbetting/casino steals 4000 brl(1.2kusd) and nothing happens. Still didnt see any evidences/proofs of their claims.
