I am having trouble receiving winnings from Casino770 due to them carrying out checks on my withdrawal. It has now been 15 days and the withdrawal is yet to be validated.
I have received one previous withdrawal without too many problems for £4830. However, since this withdrawal is for the greater amount of £8301 I am worried that they are unnecessarily delaying payment.
I would've thought all necessary checks would've been performed on my first withdrawal and subsequent withdrawals would be quicker.
I have attempted to contact the casino to find out why there is a delay and when I can expect to receive my money but the only response I ever get is that it is currently with the payment agent and they will let me know when they hear anything.
Based on submitter's last post AskGamblers Complaints Team consider this case as Resolved and it is officially closed now.

I can confirm that I have received my money today and consider the matter resolved. Although I am disappointed at the length of time taken to process the withdrawal (36 days) I am more relieved to finally receive the money!

As you can see above, I was told I would have my payment validated and paid by the end of last week.
I regret to inform it was neither paid nor validated.
Why was this not completed as said above? Any ideas when I will actually get the payment validated and paid?
