On the 22 Oct 2021 my withdrawal of INR 301458 was marked as paid on the Betway website. According to the Betway website, this means I would receive the funds on 29 Oct 2021 However after a week the funds had still not been received, so I decided to contact betway.
At first, I was told they are having issues and can not provide a timescale. I was then told at a later date It is an issue with my bank, as it has been processed on their end. And when contacting for a third time, I was told they are "working hard to fix the issue with a matter of urgency" and can not provide a timescale.
My account is all up to date and verified, and I have had withdrawals processed a couple of days before. However 301458 is a larger withdrawal than normal and the different reasons for Betway not having processed the withdrawal is causing alarm bells. I have shared bank statements also but no response from their end it’s very bad and worst app. Don’t use this app.
Attached statements and their reply from customer care team they don’t have manners also listen customer issue without customers no app why ur runnings app you won’t resolve customer issue.

We have reviewed your account and can advise as per our Complaints Team that the withdrawal amounts you have disputed have been paid from our end and do reflect on your bank statements you have provided to our team.
We have further advised you on the UTR numbers for these payments and advised you to query this with your bank as to where the funds went as the funds have been paid from Betway’s side.
