Hi they’re holding onto my withdrawals I’ve already sent them a complaint I’ve used my own card details with my name to deposit with and they’re saying they’ve cancled this and holding onto it I’ve sent everything to them with my name on it pdf bank statement picture of the card everything and still not even writing back to me said they’re contact me before 18th of October and I’ve still heard nothing

Hi askgamblers basically I’ve got an email today stating that they need more time why do they need more time I’ve clearly sent them pictures of my card and bank statements clearly stating it’s my card how long do they think is acceptable? 1 week 1 month? I’ve sent a picture of what there reply was but honestly feel like nothing is being done when I’ve sent everything I possibly can send them stating it’s my card please help do I take this further?

as you can see here are more details of the chat where the chat has no clue but I’ve sent my pdf bank statements and a picture of the card multiplie times…. still no reply to my emails
