Betway Casino - Pending source of funds for a long time
I opened an account with Betway casino and it was verified. I started depositing huge amount in the same and everything was going well. I never withdrew from the account and lost a lost of money. I was contacted by the responsible gambling team also and everything was fine. Soon I was asked for the source of funds from my Key Account Manager and I provided everything that was asked for. Since I lost a lot of money, I closed my account. After closing the account, I opened a new account and it was approved and I completed the verification process. Initially, I lost a lot but I won some amount. So, I asked initiated a withdrawal, an immediately my account got unlocked. I was approached by my Key Account Manager asking me for source of funds and my bank statements. I provided them with everything and it was all fine. It’s been almost 3 weeks now since my account has been locked and every time I ask them over email about the issue, I am being told that the operations team take time for the review and there are no time frames attached to these. Please help me with the same urgently as it’s been so long now and all my funds are locked in it. I have INR 5,00,000 stuck in withdrawals and INR 1,00,000 in my account. I don’t understand what’s taking them so long. They have even stopped replying to the emails now. Please get it resolved. Thanks
