This casino declines my withdraw every time. They always find a way to stop me withdraw my money. I provided them everything they needed for account verification and everything and always when I got lucky and I want to withdraw my money they decline.

I want this casino to pay for this inconvenience because this is not the first time. Please fix this and tell them to pay my money otherwise I will go further to sue this casino and I will ask for a lot more from them because this is not fair.

When you deposit there is no problem for them but every time we want to withdrew there is always something.

Please fix this. Thank you.

Kindly be notified that this complaint is being reopened following the declared willingness on behalf of Axecasino management to do everything within their power to resolve their outstanding AGCCS cases. We confirm that several withdrawals have been declined. It has happened due to the player has not wagered his deposits x3 times. This rule is stated in our T&C https:­//w­ww.a­xe­cas­ino.co­m/t­erm­s-a­nd-­con­dit­ions. The player has been informed regarding that rule as well. Once the player has wagered his deposit x3, the withdrawal has been successfully processed to his bank card.
