I wait since January 06th 2024 for my withdrawal. Always the same answer in that that there is a queue and I have to wait. I am fully verified, made withdrawals before which were done in 24 hours. Support doesn't answer on my emails. I did deposit more than 700 euros and just 310 for withdrawal. So I do not understand the problem.

How can they be a certified Casino?

We have checked the case. According to the information from our system, we can see that player's withdrawal has been cancelled only once due to the player had to provide a proof of payment method used for deposits. Once the player has provided us with the required information ,his account has been verified and withdrawal has been processed with a queue order. Finally the player has received funds.

Yes i have recieved the funds after more than a week. Thats bad for a caino nowadays. But i can say that the case is resolved
