Customer services very responsive and 90% of times can resolve my queries immediately. Overall a good online casino compare to a few others that I have played on.

Hitting bonuses on soft play averages 300-400 spins on many of the slots. Two of the slots I have played on took over 1000 spins before hitting a bonus feature and the bonus pay was minimal. I do find that the bonuses to number of spins ratio on Grand Ivy is much lower than the other online casinos I have tried.

Online casinos are much or muchness in my opinion and the proof is when you decide to withdraw funds and then you find out how good or bad they are.

Grand Ivy make it as difficult as possible to withdraw your funds. They leave the money sat in a "pending withdrawal" accounts for days in the hope you will go back in and use them. Once you actually withdraw the funds and they are "processed" this is when the fun starts. They ask for different forms of ID multiple times and once received you have to chase them to make sure they have it. Then you wait 5 working days for the money to arrive, nothing.

After chasing them consistently I was asked to provide a bank statement to prove I hadn't received the money! They can see from their side the money hasn't arrived in my account. So, 14 days after my withdrawal and 10 days after it was apparently processed from their side, still no sign of the money in my account. Do yourself a favour and LEAVE THESE GUYS ALONE. Awful customer service and in my opinion they are just cowboysl

I dislike the fact that money is taken out of my account straight away, I'm awaiting a withdrawal but still had no email to let me know if my documents are correct and the withdrawal is still pending! Great selection of games, fantastic deposit match offers with fair wagering using most if not all games some 20%. Processing took 48 from Saturday to monday but by 18:00 Monday money was in my bank.

The reverse withdrawal button, there is not one good reason that exists to nake this button optional upon sign up. Please please go same way as some others and allow people to lock their withdrawals. I blocked my account for 3 days to get around the temptation but still its not convienient.

There is a large selection of games, my personal favourite at the moment Danger High Voltage.
