5k withdrawal max per wk.
No problem for people to deposit but restrict people on how and when they can withdraw their money. First 5,000 was in a timely manner including account verification.
2nd half of winnings told must wait a week.
When concern raised, told that you must spend more/play more to increase vip/tier status in order to have higher withdrawal limits. Disheartening and does not make me want to return.

Quick responses. Always happy to respond but most times the response is an ask to deposit more money. That disregards you once you hit a "no more bonuses" level.

Once you hit vip there are no more bonuses and they treat you like an annoyance. All the way to vip was great and then once you hit the highest level you may as well leave. Zero stars and beware.

Usually the deposits are quick which I like. Don't even need to close out of a game if you need to make another deposit. Games seem to be fair and there is a large selection

I made 2 deposits within the last hour. My 3rd deposit was canceled for some apparent reason, and not by me. There has been no response back from support staff, and when I login, I am logged out by the system!

It all depends on how do you even want it to work out at this point in time. One can say that it is not much of a big change for many people but then others might need some time to change it up and try their best when it comes to the one who has been leading the way in the games.

As I said, the games are not that unique and even diverse enough for all of us. They need to make some time for collection and make sure they get the best games they could. It is for the players that visit the site, so I think they should improve on that end first before getting to the other problems.

I think that this site is a great source of fun although it may not be the best. I like that is has lots of games and that there are live dealer games that can be enjoyed. I actually thought at first that they will be limited to online slots.

There had been some glitches when I played and it took too long to load. It happened to me a lot of times now. However, what made me so disappointed is that the amount for deposits is really really low. Quite sad that there are also no deposit bonuses here.

Sometimes you have luck here, but l don't like nothing here, this casino needs upgrading. I can't say nothing good here because the service here is very poor, I can rate this site 0.

I had turned a 600 deposit into 13G's!! Which is awesome. You can only withdraw a $2000 a week and $5000 a month in Canadian dollars which doesn't make any sense but.....

The withdrawal process took almost 3 weeks, I was doubting it would show but it did. Asking for any information about my transfer was useless. They always say they're forwarding it to the appropriate department. And then you don't hear anything back from them. Plus they gave me a bonus through email and then had no idea what I was talking about ask me for a screenshot about it and it still hasn't happened it's been a few days. Day 4 did that in photo the appropriate department also which I haven't heard anything back from.

Regarding the withdrawal process, a standard identity verification needs to be done but once we have received the documents, the withdrawal is processed immediately. Any further delay depends on your bank if you requested a withdrawal by wire transfer or credit card.
Looking at your account, you requested your withdrawal on August 13 and it was sent to you on August 16, after the verification. So unfortunately it appears that the delay was due to the banks in that case.
In the future, we recommend using Bitcoin or Ecopayz to withdraw as this is the fastest way to enjoy your winnings.

Good selection of games.
Enjoyed trying different games. Some aren't allowed in my part of the world which is a bummer, but none the less a good array of games. And deposit minimum is good, not too high.

Withdrawal takes a very long time. I was told 2-4 days, then I'll get an email stating if my withdrawal has been successful or not. Then more days before I get the funds. Day number 4 and no email. I don't know why it's taking so long. Compared to another casino same withdrawal methods funds received within two days. Anyways hopefully tomorrow I get better answers from the live chat people.

To make a withdrawal they require way more documentation than other sites. I can understand them needing proof of identity, proof of address and a picture of your bankcard but tax reports/ proof of correspondence and Bank statements (list of transactions) or invoice from any recognized credit institution?
Seriously! It's just another hurdle they've made to make it harder to withdraw your winnings, and I don't feel comfortable sending that much personal information to anyone.

Next they'll be wanting my house insurance details or my credit score rating!! I don't see why they require this extra documentation while other sites do not.

What you need to provide is a bank statement so that we can wire your winnings to a bank account proven to be in your name as per normal anti-money laundering regulations.
You also need to provide a proof of address and one of these proofs of address would be a letter from an official institution but that's not mandatory. You can also provide a cable or utilities bill.

Good selection of games and the mobile app is good to use. Name of the casino is quite good as well and their advertising (albeit false) draws you in.

If you're from Australia, don't bother. Original withdrawal took over 12 weeks to process.
Second withdrawal never happened as casino stated couldn't withdraw to debit card I used to deposit and then said Commonwealth Bank didn't accept the payment (which they do as I contacted them & had accepted previous payment). After approximately 6 weeks, I decided to just gamble the money away (which I'm sure is what the casino wanted anyway). After using this casino for a long time and depositing alot of money, when finally getting a win, withdrawing it was such an effort withover 12 weeks of live chats and emails going back and forth. Don't bother signing up.

Great casino, very little to fault. Easy payouts, friendly customer support, no hassles to deposit or withdraw at all. I have not one issue yet with these guys.

Mobile version of webpage is kind of annoying there is no way to see certain games by genre or provider. And loyalty program although at times can be good, it takes a massive amount of time and money to earn points.

Good selection of games. Website is easy to navigate and looks good Vip managers are quite responsive to issues or email enquires.

Withdrawals are an issue. Very slow and they leave your withdrawal sitting in your account so you can continue playing. Withdrawals department are slow at replying this is the worst site I’ve ever dealt with in regards to withdrawal issues

The only positive I can say about this casino is the game selection available as well as the simple and easy layout of the app. And I guess the name of the casino is pretty cool other than there's bot much else.

They don't honour the sign up bonus advertised. Although clearly stating you get a match deposit bonus for the first 10 deposits I only received one. I went on live chat to try and resolve this and was told that they could not apply it as I have already spent my own deposit money and followed with they wish they could help more. I requested to close my account and the live chat operator said that he "got my point" I advised him that I was actually making a request. He never asked why I wanted to close my account or try to fix the problem he just abruptly closed the chat window and locked the account. He obviously did not care to lose players for the casino.

We do offer 10 welcome bonuses and those need to be claimed when you make a deposit, like in any other online casino. These cannot be claimed after you have already played and lost your own money. If you start playing with your deposit and come to customer service after losing it to claim the bonus, it does not work as this goes against the terms. However if you make your deposit but forgot to claim the bonus, you can always contact Customer Service to add it, granted you have not played with your deposit yet.

Good selection of games - I like Wolf Treasure and Gold Vein, and has some wins on these. That's about all really. Unfortunately my experience at this casino was not very positive.

They are extremely slow to payout. Even after my verification was done it was left available to reverse withdrawal for 2 days - although they state withdrawals are processed 'instantly' after verification in the comments below.

They make it difficult to cancel your account - when I asked for it to be permanently deleted they questioned me as to why and then offered me an extra bonus instead of cancelling it! This is very dangerous for those that have gambling problems and in my opinion not responsible service of gaming. I then requested again to cancel and it has 'gone to another department' to review - this was 24 hours ago and I still haven't been notified it has been cancelled. Surely in this day and age they can cancel accounts immediately? Instead it just seems like they want you to keep playing and make it difficult.

That's because we can often offer a solution to the problem that led them to wish the account to be closed. Nice selection of games... The umm... There's a nice Casino Logo. They exist..?

Kahuna Casino has no Responsible gaming limits to set. They have no Wagering Limits or Session limits. The limits on this casino are highly unrealistic. They only allow a $5000 per MONTH withdrawal limit and a $2000 per Week limit. Which means if you are lucky enough to win $5000, you will have to process the withdraw over 3 weeks.

The only way to withdraw more is to become a VIP. It is 1 points per $10 spent. Which means you will need to wager $500,000 worth of bets before you're able to up your limits. I did win a decent amount on this Casino but I will never play here again and I will never deposit another cent. Their VIP relations managers are not bad - seem like nice people. However they cannot do anything for you unless you are the highest VIP level.

Steer clear of this Casino if you want to wager more than 50 cents per hit.

Tried to make a withdrawal and have sent through all verification documents. Have emailed them about 5 times with the same response that someone from finance department will be in touch soon. It has been 4 working days since requesting the withdrawal and I have not heard from anyone from the 'finance' department.

This is what really annoys me about this casino, deposits are instant but as soon as you try and withdrawal then no response.

I assume that one document has not been received but I need more details to check.

The live chat will not work on the mobile instant play, so try to make contact sending an online support request - will not send. If I cant get customer service then I wont so end money. Worst casino I've used in last two years.

Games and live tables are fair. However, be careful and read below.

Small withdrawal amounts unless you are a VIP and spend a fortune there.
Cant return to most aus cards even though they are more than happy to take from them.
Account verification is a nightmare.
Withdraw process takes weeks but funnily enough deposit is instant.
Very vague customer service. Say your enquiry is sent to finance department and cant tell you when you will hear back.
Also have a max withdrawal amount of 2000eur a week and 5000 a month but funnily enough no deposit limit...hmmm funny that.
Also it takes days just to process your cashout when the deposits are instant and while the deposit is "processing" they give you the opportunity to return the money to your account. This is just a ploy for to get frustrated and have you not to take your money out and lose it in their casino.

Withdrew 3450 and only received 3282. Clearly some hidden fees. Still waiting on 4600...

In regards to your comments on the withdrawals, I am afraid that most of it is out of our control and dependant on your bank.

We cannot process withdrawals to MasterCards due to their policies and though most Visa cards work for withdrawals, some banks block incoming transfers.

In these case we of course send a wire transfer, on which we do not take any fees.

Your bank or their intermediaries might be collecting fees however but that's out of our control unfortunately.

Our withdrawals are near instant but of course the standard verification process needs to be completed first and the speed of this process depends on the player only. The documents we request are very standard (proof of ID, proof of payment etc.) and all available for perusal on the website.
