After taking a deposit bonus and successfully clearing wager I have now managed to have funds of INR49300. My withdrawal was accepted but returned to my account later. Then I was asked to wager more money. Live chat is not giving proper answers and constantly ignoring my questions regarding my withdrawal. I am verified at this casino and have had successful withdrawals in the past.

This issue started on October 10. I was told everything will be sorted in 1-5 days. Today is the sixth day and I am still being told to wait. You are not telling me the reason for holding my payment neither letting me help you. Sometimes you say you are trying to find "something", then you made me wager more for n reason, then yo said payment processor not working. You keep coming with excuses.
We requested an additional information from your side on your email. Please provide us with requested information so we can investigate the issue and solve it as soon as possible. Thanks for your patience and we are sorry about the situation!

I do not see this complaint go anywhere and thus I have decided to cancel my withdrawal and play my funds down to Zero. Hopefully players will read this and avoid playing at this casino. THIS CASINO WILL NOT PAY YOU.

Please keep in mind that while we can understand your frustration and disappointment of probably not being paid within the time frame specified by the operator, it is up to you to refrain from playing until the processing of your payment is finalized accordingly. Instead, you kept playing and lost your balance subsequently which means that unfortunately, you will also lose the validity of your claim against the operator which led to the rejection of the complaint.
And while we understand this might not be the outcome expected by the complainant, we would like to remind you that in case of disagreement with our decision further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed ADR entity.
