Long story short:

Registered 2nd November using your link. Within 2 days, I lost about 1600 euros. With the last deposit of 50, I won 1000 and made a withdrawal request via bank transfer which was approved within 20 min (4th November).

Money not received up to date.

I contacted support multiple times and provided a bank statement up to 11th November. Support kept telling me: to wait "5 days", then wait "7 days", now "wait for email as long as it needed" and closed chat themself every time I asked for the update.

I have screenshots of everything, conversations, withdrawal requests, bank statements, etc. But not sure if you need the dozens of files attached. I hope you are helping your affiliates with negotiations when the casino's fault is so obvious.

Cashout which is mentioned in complaint was created at 2024-11-04 15:10:45 and successfully processed by our side on 2024-11-04 15:26:26. We created a ticket #902490 for a payment provider regarding this payment and waiting for a document with confirmation of this transaction. Once they will provide us with it we will immediately drop it here. Thanks!

And how long time it could take? 2 weeks today since withdrawal request. I provided you my bank statements, so you know I didn't receive money. Why do I need to wait while you are sorting your internal problems? Why wouldn't you make another withdrawal request and wait then for the reply as much time as you need yourself?
At least could you state please max legal waiting term to me, so I'll undestand what to expect in the worst case scenario.

I made withdrawal request monday eve. It was cancelled and you asked me to make another one. I did so. Same method used - bank transfer. 1000 eur stated as approved. Today is wednessday and no money received. Guys, I'm gambling all my life. Never ever any transaction took more than 24 hours. With my current bank I'm getting money next morning 10 am gmt, if transaction made previous day. Means no transaction made yesterday. I don't want to know what is wrong. Just want to get my money and forget about you. Obviously I'll not use your site anymore. You have my email, could you send me transaction confirmation please? Or we are waiting up to 7 days now again?
P.S. Special thanks to Ascgamblers team. I believe without your support I would just be banging my head against the brick wall

Just contacted casino support and we agreed to make another try, but to mifinity this time. Money received minutes after agreement. Thanks Askgamblers team for help 🤝🏻
