Sir, I deposited 20000 INR on 22nd September 2023 but didn't receive the funds.

I have contacted the support team, and they asked for screenshots I provided, and then they asked for a bank statement, I submitted that too, and now neither their app-based customer support replies nor their email support.

I am sending them emails every day but they didn't even bother to reply.

Please sir look into the matter.

T they didn't reply to any message. I am totally confused about your platform, you didn't add the deposit of customers l, neither you reply to their queries. How much time will you take to check a single transaction. It has already been 40 days. Is it my fault, when I made the deposit it shows successful, but the amount was not added to my account. It is not my fault and I am suffering the most. Kindly check the passbook of Paytm number for the transaction date.

I am politely requesting you to send me the Paytm passbook statement of the Paytm number which you provided at the time of deposit. And if you don't owe that number then give me the written statement for that, and I will accordingly file a cyber police case against the said Paytm number for all the transactions that have been made from my Paytm to his Paytm. I don't know how your system works but for me it is very easy to check the transaction number on the said date. But you are using payment through third parties and are causing problems to customers. You are here replying with the same message inorder to get the time for doing nothing. It is my hand folding request to askgamblers kindly intervene in the matter. I have provided every proof of payment to the helabet and in return the are responding with the same message. If I have not made the deposit kindly show me the statement of that Paytm number for the deposit date, and everything will become clear.
