I requested a withdrawal of 4,000 + 4,000 Euro one week ago at BitReels Casino, and they are not paying this out. All attempts to find out why were useless, since their chat support does not help and come up with various excuses, blaming it on the payment provider.

The Emails I have sent to their published address, come back as undeliverable.

The chat support refuses to connect me to any kind of supervisor or manager. I did not use any bonus and my account is fully verified.

I am rather speechless about the violation of their own Terms and Conditions, which state that all payments are processed within 3 days. On the casino site they advertise "instant" withdrawals. I thought, since this place belongs to Dama N.V., they would be a trustworthy place to play.

Well, I am glad that someone from your casino bothered to write an e-mail, after 9 days of waiting and contacting your "chat support" every single day.

Besides that email, I still have not received any payment from BitReels, which is hard to believe after 9 days. Their website advertises "instant withdrawals" and the Terms and Conditions state 3 days.

Sorry to say, but after 13 days of waiting, still no payment has been made so far. I would not consider this matter to be resolved.
